Transportation Services - Announcement
As you know, transportation services for the adult services program has been transitioned to Person Centered Services effective today, 1/2/2018. I am aware there has been some difficulty this morning with the pickup times and routes. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and want to assure you the Board is working with Person Centered Services to make the adjustments needed. In the meantime, if you have a transportation concern for a consumer attending the Champion Workshop, Niles Workshop, or Tony Tomaski Center, please call your new transportation provider, Person Centered Services, at 234-421-5772. If you have chosen a provider other than Person Centered Services, please contact that provider directly. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this transition.
